"I have stayed in this hotel since it was new, maybe 15 nights. It used to be fantastic, but it is showing its age. The chairs in the room are disintegrating and leave black material all over the floor.
The room aircon would not go below 23 degrees - it took the manager to come up, see for himself, then make an adjustment on his computer in the office. The aircon was barely okay when it was finally working, it will not be sufficient when it gets hotter in the summer.
