Will my application be reported to the credit bureaus?

When you check if you’re approved for the One Key Cards , we perform an initial soft check. This will be reported to the credit bureaus but it will not impact your credit score.
If you’re approved and you choose to accept the card offer, there will be a hard inquiry to the credit bureaus which may impact your credit score.

When will I know my APR?

If you’re approved for a card, you can review your Purchase APR before deciding to accept the card offer.

When will I get my card?

Once you’re approved and you accept the offer, you should receive your card within 5–7 business days.

When will I get my introductory offer?
