"Brilliant location, close to Temple Meads Train Station and the buses. Staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were great, clean and tidy, cleaned regularly and had all the basics covered. Breakfast was great value, good selection included cooked breakfast, pastries, yoghurt and fruit as well as cereals - set us up for the day. Would definitely return and would recommend. "
"Beautiful grounds! Stay in the manor house as the courtyard garden rooms are the old servants quarters. Breakfast was good. You can’t beat the atmosphere. "
"Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was central to all the sites. Tons of restaurants, pubs, bakeries, and coffee shops within walking distance. Grocery store next door made getting water and snacks easy and affordable. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. Only negative comment is that one of the lifts was not working so you sometimes had to wait quite a bit if you had luggage. This was really only an issue during checkout time. "
