"Hostel was located in a good part of Hanoi close to restaurants and shopping. Staff was polite and helpful. Room was alright, but dated. The bed was quite worn out and the internet was slow. Balcony was nice. "

The door couldn’t close for hours and front desk won’t help, there were gnats and bugs everywhere in the room, on the door, on the walls, in the bathroom, there was holders in the walls, in the bathroom, the bed was dirty, pillows had dirt on them and stains, overall just TERRIBLE. The staff knocked on my door several times early morning to wake me up so they can check me out earlier than 12pm saying they had another client looking to check...

"Was a OK hostel for the price, but you are able to get much nicer stays in Hanoi without paying much more. There was a lack of area to chill, and only a shared bathroom and shower for the whole hostel which was divided in men or women sections."

We were upgraded to a big room as an apology to the inconvenience caused. The hotel is entered through a claw crane shop. There is a small elevator to use. There is no tv in the room. The lighting is a bit dim in the room. The kettle could be cleaner....
