The Most Awful Hotel Experience
I was blown away and devastated with the kind of experience I had with this facility. I was rendered stranded and embarrassed after making full payment to Hotel.com only to get there and be told my booking was not accepted and that they don’t have payment from the hotel.com.
I have to make calls and spent over $50 on calls to the service center of Hote.com
After almost 4 hours they got me a miserable room to lay and refused to serve my breakfast.
I have to engage the customer service of hotel.com the next morning for over 5 years to finally get access to my room i paid for.
Sadly the manager tried to comfort me by saying they are sorry for what I have gone through.
I don’t ever think using such hotel ever in my life. They have the worst of human relations from their front desk to the cleaners.
I feel so heavy to speak out this way but the pain was so overwhelming and missed a very important business meeting due to such unhealthy encounter.
