Los departamentos están muy cómodos para pocos días especialmente si se va a hacer compras o conocer la ciudad. Necesitan más mantenimiento. Lo peor son las toallas que estaban negras de suciedad y las sábanas que eran asquerosas. Tiene muchas cosas que se van rompiendo y no las arreglan. Si cuidarán más esos detalles serían excelente.

Ao entrar no prédio um sofá todo rasgado, falei e agora, na recepção do prédio fomos enviado para o 10° andar, para fazer o check-in, preocupado, mas foi tudo bem, o quarto era bom, mas a localização era bom demais, metrô, centro da Cidade, ao lado dos centros históricos e os parque, ocorreu tudo bem. Uma dica trocar aquele sofá na entrada do prédio, acaba com o local.

La recepcionista no fue amable, se debería enseñar al personal a atender al publico. La television por cable ofrecida tenia solo 6 canales y todos eran de musica.

Not fully self catering - lacked crockery and cutlery. The terrace/balcony was smaller than the average juliet balcony and completely useless. The net curtains were really dusty and the blinds didn't work properly.

The check in is inside a room of the building with a lady that also cook and eat there. The rooms are not apartments, don't have any thing to cook, not comfortable and dirty. It's also expensive, Avoid it.

organisation administration compliquée ;explications difficiles à déchiffrer ne se mettent pas au service des locataires étrangers non habitués à la langue; pas d'aide en cas de personnes en difficultés motrices. j'ai été déçue dans le service de courtoisie:pas de produits d'hygiene de base ;pas de climatisation alors qu'il faisait une chaleur insupportable!

Plus confortable qu'un hôtel parce qu'il y a une cuisine un salon avec balcon et la chambre est fermé. Très bien situé à quelques pas du quartier Lastarria et du centre historique. On peut tout visiter à pied.

El.apart es todo lo que promocionan. Esta equipado, todo funciona y esta muy bien.ubicado, cerca de todo. Buena atención del.personal. Muy buena.relacion precio calidad. No es.un.apart de.lujo pero es muy lindo y cumple con las normas de limpieza que espero en.un.hotel.Wifi anda bien.

el departamendto no tiene aire acondicionado y no lo dicen al momento de contratar. Las instalaciones requieren mantenimiento urgente ( hay muchas cosas que no funionan o andan mal)

Mi experiencia fue de una sola noche y la verdad bastante que desear por qué no había un jabón para lavarse las manos la tele funcionó un rato luego dejo de andar en la publicación dice que tiene cochera lo cual es verdad pero no dice. Que es un adicional al precio la heladera vacía ni un agua de cortesía pero bueno el ambiente es lindo bien cuidado quizá fue por mi corta estadía

Nos cobraron por una persona extra y no nos dieron siquiera una colchoneta donde pudiera dormir, ni hablar de una toalla adicional. El televisor no andaba, no tenía aire en unos días de calor intenso. No me gustó la atención, distante con los huéspedes. Cuando estás en un país extraño, mínimamente uno requiere más amabilidad y atención. Le pusimos onda, pero la verdad es que tenía ganas de irme.

The apartments are all owned individually and managed in a way I cannot fathom! From the moment I checked in, the people on the apartment next door were playing loud music...all day and all night. A complaint was met with threats. I moved out next day! Carlos the manager, said he would refund the remainder of the week, not holding my breath!
