"Absolutely LOVED this hotel. It had a very sexy vibe, dark hallways with sleek LED lighting, modern bathroom, big windows, even the elevator was cool. The guy checking us in was very nice and upgraded us to a river view room for no extra charge… and the view was absolutely incredible (we were on the 16th floor). I would absolutely come back to this hotel if I was ever in London again."

"The room was extremely small. It should only be advertised for single / short stays. The sink was in the middle of the room (not in the bathroom, and there was NO WHERE to put your luggage. It was a terrible experience. The staff was fantastic. "

"This hotel is very well situated with the Hop On/Big Bus having a stop right there, as well the amenities are fantastic. A very cute, clean and delish coffee and pizza restaurant with a nice outside patio as well as modern and comfortable inside seating right beside a wonderful Pub that also has indoor and outdoor seating. The food was very good at both places and it was so convenient to just get back to the hotel after a full and busy day sightseeing on the bus to have great choices right there. The staff were really great as well. Our room was also very clean and a very nice updated bathroom with a huge tub/shower unit. We would certainly stay here again."

"Everything was great. Really helpful staff, good sized rooms with good amenities. I’ve stayed in Kensington many times, but never here before, I think I was put off by the logo looking a little dated, it was never for specific reasons, that’s the only thing I can really think of. I only booked it because my usual go-tos were full, but in the future this will be my first choice."
