Uncomprehending cleaners and dirty toilet

My stay was spontaneous.the workers are nice and polite but they did not wash my toilet only flushed the toilet without antiseptic I confronted the cleaner but my request wasn't complied..also I noticed that the same mop used to clean the toilet is what they use to mop the room..this made my stay very uncomfortable because I couldn't use the toilet properly nd I had to buy dettol and fresher for the toilet...the neatness of my toilet was compromised..but overall my stay was spontaneous..the view is beautiful and peaceful...the room is very comfortable and spacious.i wanted to complain to the manager but decided to put it here ...I suggest a superior should supervise what the cleaners have done because sometimes they do not do thier work properly and this will underrate the image of the hotel.

Comfortable stay At Roda Metha

I stayed at Roda Metha Suites in total 6 nights. The hotel is well managed and staff friendly and service-minded. The property is new. My room was spacious, clean, and the kitchenette was well equipped. Bed very comfortable. Pool and gym on top-floor. Good WiFi. Local area is quiet and not particular interesting. Mini-market nearby and laundry across the street. No restaurant on the hotel but try out the fish hub restaurant on street 8, about 1 km. away, and their fresh grilled fish dishes at affordable prices. The nearest metro station is about a 15-minute walk away. Highly recommend.
