I arrived late at night. Yet still welcomed with such positive energy from the staff. They even offered me a free bottle of water which was very needed at the time. The staff only took about 10 minutes to find and show me my room. A clean and quiet room on the 1st floor. Bathroom was clean and came with a nice perfumed soap. Only one thing wrong, both the sheets on the bed and towels in the bathroom were not clean. I was so tired that i slept on the floor as so many tunisians do. Thank you.

I really don’t recommend it,you can’t even take a shower like Human being, the shower hoses and the internal lock doors are broken not clean as well.

Realy like the staff, the place was very clean. The windows ar not best insulated, that is the front facing the main street, but i did mention it to the staff and they said they will try to resolve it, but i still head not problem with it as much. Deffinetly recommend it

There were only two right things: the man that help with luggage and other small things like provide bath towels , and the wireless connection. But: the TV was not working, the light in the bathroom last 10 second, I had tĂČ ask for the heater, the women at the reception was unfriendly, etc etc. Never more!

The worse hotel we have ever had, first room that we were given was so filthy so we had to change with slightly better one . We booked half board but they don’t have proper kitchen so you don’t get no lunch or dinner and breakfast you have to eat whatever they give you in a tray that is glass of juice, milk and a muffin. There was maintenance work going on and it’s so noisy. All in all very poor won’t recommend to anyone.

une situation inédite avec cet hÎtel qui propose une formule tout inclus mais n'a pas de restaurant il ramené de la nourriture des fast foot avoisinant travaux pendant le séjour pb de chauffage et j'en passe une vrai arnaque surtout ne pas réservé ici.

Nous avons rĂ©servĂ© sur Expedition hĂŽtel, mais le problĂšme qu'il a eu quand je suis arrivĂ© sur place dĂ©jĂ  le parking qui disent qu'ils ont un garage sous-sol. Le vĂ©hicule ne rentre pas. Ils m'ont dit de garer ma voiture sur le l'arrĂȘt de tram et le tram qui klaxonnent tous les deux minutes puis on est montĂ© dans les chambres premiĂšre chambre mĂȘme pas deux minutes on y ressort puis ils nous ont proposĂ© trois chambres mais les trois chambres Ă©taient plus sale que l'autre en plus sale que l'autre, j'ai fait appel au service client Expedia, ils m'ont proposĂ© de m'hĂ©berger le lendemain dans un suite Moi je pouvais pas attendre donc je lui ai demandĂ© de changer les draps au moins parce que c'Ă©tait vraiment sale et poigner cassĂ©s tout ça allez pis c'est inaccessible ils m'ont dit il faut payer un supplĂ©ment pour changer les draps et tout c'est pour ça que j'ai annulĂ© tout suite le soir mĂȘme je suis reparti Ă  un autre hĂŽtel mais franchement c'est le catastrophe Ă  fur Ă  fur Ă  fur. C'est un hĂŽtel absolument. Je conseille pas les personnes qui vont sĂ©journer lĂ -bas .

le sĂ©jour a Ă©tĂ© dĂ©sastreux. J'ai payĂ© pour une chambre double et j'ai reçu la plus petite chambre jamais vue, ils ont dit qu'ils me demanderaient d'emmĂ©nager dans la chambre double dans quelques minutes mais ils ne l'ont pas fait et ils m'ont mĂȘme ignorĂ© lorsque j'ai posĂ© des questions Ă  ce sujet. La petite chambre qu'ils m'ont donnĂ©e Ă©tait dĂ©goĂ»tante et elle n'Ă©tait visiblement pas nettoyĂ©e, il y avait des traces d'anciens clients dans les toilettes. et ils ont dit qu'ils viendraient le nettoyer, mais ils ne l'ont jamais fait. La tĂ©lĂ©vision ne fonctionnait pas et l'oreiller et les draps Ă©taient tachĂ©s et Ă©taient visiblement dĂ©goĂ»tants et usĂ©s. J'ai dĂ» appeler 4 fois pour obtenir de nouveaux draps. Ajoutez Ă  cela que l'hĂŽtel Ă©tait juste au-dessus d'une salle de mariage et que vous pouviez tout entendre depuis votre chambre. Le personnel de l'hĂŽtel Ă©tait dĂ©sagrĂ©able et dĂ©sorganisĂ©. J'avais hĂąte de partir demain matin. Je suis parti avant midi et j'ai demandĂ© Ă  l'agent Expedia le remboursement pour le reste de mon sĂ©jour (2 nuits). l'hĂŽtel a refusĂ© et n'a remboursĂ© qu'une nuit. Je suppose que le personnel n'a pas enregistrĂ© mon dĂ©part Ă  ce moment-lĂ  !!! elle a juste pris la clĂ© et a dit au revoir !!!! C'Ă©tait de loin la pire expĂ©rience que j'ai eue dans un hĂŽtel (et j'ai eu de mauvaises expĂ©riences). Je suis tellement furieux que je peux y aller et provoquer une bagarre, mais tout le personnel a l'air tellement gansgta. N'Y ALLEZ PAS, vous avez Ă©tĂ© prĂ©venu
