The receptionist was very friendly and helpfull, give many advices. Very cheap accomodation which served it purpose.

It is not even hotel. We couldn’t wait to get out as it felt very sketchy. I have booked cheaper hotels but not this poor quality. I belive lot of people live here on daily basis who can’t afford housing.

Could be quant with couple updates + better clean

The service was good. It’s family owned and they were very kind and accommodating best the their abilities. The main things I disliked was the hall strongly smelling of cigarettes and weed (our room smelled fine), and the shower room having an unpleasant smell, and seemed like there was mould on the ceiling above the shower. The floors seemed like they could also use a bit better cleaning, but the beds seemed clean, and were decently comfortable. They accommodated our family of 5, and had a baby bed available upon request a day in advance.

Awful. Do not stay there.

Family room we booked turned out to be 2 doubles which is not great with 3 small children. No help from staff. One room was smoking room. Dusty. Dirty. Noisy. Smelly. Condoms over smoke alarms. photos on website are hugely misleading. Only plus was that we could park outside the front door but this was luck rather than judgment.

Hotel bien situado, cerca del centro de Reims. Zona tranquila fĂĄcil de aparcar. La acogida fue muy buena por parte del personal del hotel, muy amable y pudimos realizar un cambio que no estaba previsto, muy rĂĄpidamente. El desayuno en la habitaciĂłn muy bueno.

Buchungsproblem.

Die Ankunft war nicht in den ĂŒblichen Zeiten. Daher nicht unbedingt ein Vorwurf. Bei der Buchung stand, dass eine Rezeption immer verfĂŒgbar wĂ€re. Auf Risiko haben wir es gebucht und die BestĂ€tigung erhalten. Wir haben auch geschrieben, dass wir so um 02 Uhr ankommen werden. Bei der Ankunft war alles geschlossen. Wir haben geklopft und nach paar Minuten kam eine Person raus und hat gemeint, dass alles voll wĂ€re und er die Buchung nicht bei sich finden kann. Wir haben dann im Auto geschlafen. Unser Geld wurde aber ĂŒber Hotels wieder zurĂŒckerstattet. GlĂŒckssache.

C'est trÚs simple on est parti aussi vite qu'on est arrivé, papier toilette usagé dans les placards bouteille vite sous les lits fourmis sur la literie trou et marque de sang sur les murs une horreur on avait l'impression de se trouver dans une scÚne de crime. J'espÚre que vous prendrez mon remboursement en compte ainsi que les frais engendrés pour la location d'un autre hébergement dans l'urgence en sachant que j'étais avec mes fille de 3 ans et de 12 ans, ainsi que ma niÚce. Honteux je suis à deux doigt d'appeler le service sanitaire. Je vais faire appel au service client et leur transmettre les photos que j'ai prises à mon arrivée dans l'espoir qu'il procÚde dans les plus brefs délais mon remboursement et la prise en charge de mon nouvel hébergement.

C'est un bon hÎtel rapport qualité prix, personnel trÚs accueillant, sympathique, je me suis bien reposé dans un lit confortable, station de tramway en sortant de l'hÎtel qui est trÚs bien placé en centre et a moins de 1minites vous avez divers commerces (Carrefour, fast foods, banques...).

Une arnaque totale. Sur Hotels.com, les photos font croire que c’est propre. En vrai ? C’est un cauchemar. Draps sales, murs dĂ©gueulasses avec des traces (du sang ?!), chambre crade du sol au plafond. Y’a mĂȘme pas un minimum d’hygiĂšne, c’est une HONTE de louer ça. Ajoute Ă  ça du bruit toute la nuit, impossible de dormir. HonnĂȘtement, ce truc-lĂ  ne mĂ©rite mĂȘme pas d’ĂȘtre appelĂ© “hĂŽtel”. À fuir. SĂ©rieusement.
