Tv sem opções de streaming, estacionamento em conveniado fora do hotel e problemas com baguncas de outros hospedes, criancas segurando o elevador em andares, causando demora e muitas vezes cheio de criancas, mas fora isso a estadia atendeu sua funcao e espectativa.

Hotel condiz com o valor pago. É um hotel nota 7. O mesmo possui a recepção bonita e localização excelente. Mas se trata de um predio muito antigo, então os quartos e o banheiro sao bem antigos. Os banheiros precisam de uma reforma. Mas as roupas de cama e de banho sao extremamente limpas e cheirosas, O quarto também é bem lindo, devido ser um hotel antigo nao se consegue deixar com uma aparencia muito ok. Mas a limpeza é excelente. Cafe da manha simples, mas com o basico que atende ( ovos mexidos, cafe, cha, iogurte )

Café da manhã é bom, mas muito lotado da um pouco de transtorno. O pior foi no meu quarto, a qualidade do colchão. Simplesmente tem que ser jogado fora . Péssimo colchão muito velho , usado de mais . Não conseguimos descansar . Não sei dizer se foi só no meu quarto ou é assim em todos.

Ar Condicionado que nao funcionava, um frio de 6°C e o mesmo não funcionava o modo quente, cobertor rasgado, travesseiros finos de doer o pescoço, estacionamento longe do hotel e detalhe não informam no Site que será cobrado R$ 35,00 a diária... café da manhã muito bom, limpeza do quarto muito bom... salientando que me deram um quarto onde ainda não estava liberado, apesar do Check in ser as 14h00...e cheguei aa 15h00... ou seja atrasaram.

Prédio antigo, sem manutenção, carpê de 40 anos atrás sujo. Equipe da recepção em sala atrás da recepção gritando e dando risada enquanto uma pessoa atendia e eu esperava. Tudo precário. E estacionamento 35 reais na outra esquina. Estamos do show e tivemos que caminhar até o hotel, tarde.

Colchão de molas antigo. Falta de manutenção nos elevadores, principalmente em um prédio com 16 andares, no dia seguinte somente 1 elevador funcionando, tivemos que ficar mais de 30 minutos esperando para conseguir descer com as malas.

Foi uma experiência ruim, o ar condicionado não funcionava, o telefone estava com problema, pedi mais cobertores e não fui atendida. Péssimas condições estruturais do prédio. Um dos elevadores não estava funcionando, o que me fez esperar mais de 15 minutos pra conseguir descer com a mala do 12° andar.
