Girls getaway and Whirlpool boat ride

Very nice hotel 1 block from the waterfront and a short walk to the Main Street shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well on a 90 degree day and night. Staff was pleasant at check in and gave good restaurant ideas.

Would s

Charming area, a couple of restaurants within walking distance, beautiful views, outdoor seating and eating areas with umbrellas.Hotel was clean, nicely maintained, good breakfast food. My only complaint was the poor quality internet in the area and WiFi wasn’t any better; and the room was hot, air conditioning not keeping up with the hot temps outside.

Great Views, Service, and Location

Beautiful inn on the Niagara River in a walkable location to all the shops, restaurants, and the ArtWalk venue. Good restaurants right across the street. The service was attentive, friendly, and helpful. They have a bar with all the essentials, and a nice continental breakfast. The rooms are large and clean with a refrigerator and coffee maker. The king sized bed in our room was too hard but bed comfort is a highly personal preference.

4/10 Fair

Lipstick on a Pig

This hotel is Lipstick on a Pig, all communal areas and the landscape and grounds are lovely. The room was mediocre at best, we could hear the room above us through a hole in the ceiling cover by a grate. No furnishings or artwork in the room. Rooms were dated and shabby.
Sue, 1-night trip

Gross

The room smelled of mildew and sewage. They didn’t have any other room available and there wasn’t a manager on duty to discuss
