This is an excellent budget hotel. The service is good, the breakfast is plentiful and the rooms clean, with everything you need There are loads of roadworks close by making it difficult to get to right now and the rooms are a bit tired but I would still strongly recommend it

ProblĂšme de rĂ©servation :À notre arrivĂ©e, nous n'avons pu trouver notre rĂ©servation sur votre borne Ă  l'entrĂ©e. Nous avons essayĂ© environ 30 minutes ,nous sommes restĂ©s coincĂ© Ă  l'extĂ©rieur avec nos enfants, ce qui Ă©tait trĂšs inconfortable pour nous tous. Ce n'est qu'aprĂšs avoir pu enfin parlĂ© Ă  une personne Ă  l'interphone que quelqu'un a pu nous rĂ©pondre et nous indiquer que les rĂ©servations effectuĂ©es sur Hotels.com ne fonctionnaient pas sur votre borne . Il est important de noter qu'Ă  aucun moment nous n'avons Ă©tĂ© informĂ©s de cette situation, ce qui aurait pu nous Ă©viter une attente si longue. 2.ProblĂšme d'alarme incendie : Le matin Ă  7h40, l'alarme incendie s'est dĂ©clenchĂ©e et a retenti pendant de longues minutes. Cet incident a non seulement rĂ©veillĂ© nos enfants de maniĂšre brutale, mais a Ă©galement crĂ©Ă© un climat de stress et de peur pour eux. Une telle expĂ©rience est inacceptable, surtout dans un cadre familial.Au vu de ces deux incidents, je pense qu'il serait juste et professionnel de votre part de procĂ©der Ă  un remboursement pour cette nuit, qui a Ă©tĂ© particuliĂšrement dĂ©sagrĂ©able.
