Great place to stay on the drive north - checkin was quick and they were happy to switch rooms to meet my father’s mobility issues.
Rooms were clean and quiet - would definitely return.

Wont be staying here again and this is why.
Customer service was nice. The first night was ok the issue was there was no elevator, only stairs. We struggled getting our stroller and bouncer up the stairs. They did move us to the first floor the second day in room 114 but we had more issues. The tv remote was broken, fridge made a raddle noice and froze my sons formula, the microwave was acting up, the heater didnt warm up the room and i found dead ants in the shower. We were happy there was a donut shop in the parking lot. Even though Customer service was nice the overall stay i would not stay here again.

Lobby staff was great. I wouldnt recommend staying more than 1 night and making sure you valuables are with you at all times. Hanging a privacy sign on your door is just an invitation to enter when you leave. Nothing new. Typical Motel in a small stop.

Pros: the room was clean and comfortable. The shower had good water pressure. The majority of the staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: the breakfast had challenging aspects. The juice machine was broken (provided a container of OJ in fridge). The regular coffee dispenser was broken. They put the coffee in a metal dispenser that didn’t keep it warm. No access to a microwave. No half and half for the coffee, only French Vanilla creamer (which I don’t like at all). I had to go to Starbucks across the street for my coffee on day one. Day two I just dealt with it. They are pet friendly yet it was difficult to take our little dog out to potty since it’s a rough parking lot and only a very small grass area (with no bags in the dispenser). The fee is $30 per night (be aware since it adds up on multiple nights).
Normally I would shrug these issues off but wanted others to

Arrived late but not egregiously late. Stood out side of front door of the building for 15 minutes. No one was there, or answered. Finally called the hotel and staff came down some moments later.
Not expecting perfect but it was cold outside, and had to wait way too long.
Price was too much for what the hotel was and the wait.

We did a family one night stay and it was nice. We need a rollaway and the lady at the front desk had no problem getting us one and she was very nice and helpful. Like most places it had no elevator to the top floor so we carried all our stuff up all the stairs but besides that it was perfect.

This location is close to I-5 with easy access. It is an older property and not as well maintained as I would expect from Best Western. Ok for a one night stay

Upon arriving, there were signs that required us to wear masks, which is great. However, the person checking us in did not wear a mask. Our room had yellow stains on the comforter. When they came to replace the sheets, they didn't wear masks. The room was hot, especially the bathroom. Good location and within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores.

Easy freeway access. Close to shopping and food. Room looked very clean and spacious. Very quiet. Bad thing was the 2 cockroaches that I saw in the morning one on the outside of the refrigerator and one on the floor by the bed. I didn’t even have any food in the room during my stay.
