For the price I was giving a room that one bed was broken, there wasn’t any refrigerator or microwave in the room, I had to go back downstairs to inform them, had to wait until someone come up to review that room, was told that room was up for repair and shouldn’t never been given out, after driving 10 hours I had to wait another 30 or more just to get another room, the room I pick and show the room was supposed to be nice and clean, refrigerated and microwave supposed to be in the room I pick, all that money I was spending I shouldn’t be forced to stay in the room I didn’t pay for or ask, we finally got another room after the maintenance gave approval, if a customer say they didn’t want a room that was damaged with no refrigerator or microwave I should have gotten that changed, not that I have to accept what they give me, I been to a lots of hotel on emergency level the room was always descending and better and me as a customer if I know I wasn’t going to be comfortable in that room or see that room wasn’t right, they always give me another, luckily that I haven’t had problems with that but twice and you’ll make it three, but it was correct and I always get another room and they take care of the problem before they release to anyone else
