Yemeklerin tadi bizimkilerden farkliydi ama yinede iyiydi. Havuz : sicak ve soguk havuzu var, normaldi. Zemini biraz kalitesizdi ama temizdi. Aktiviteler : guzeldi, her sksam bi aktivite mevcut. Don’t let the pictures fool you

The hotel looks clean at first, and I was offered a welcome drink on arrival, but the service ruined it. The front desk rushed guests, spoke down to them, and claimed I was “upgraded” when I was given the same room I booked. The room and restroom were clean, but the TV didn’t work, and the bed was harder than a rock — maybe fine for some, but not for me. The buffet was one of the worst I’ve experienced. The food had no flavor, and the staff were more interested in chatting with certain foreign guests than helping. If you order alcohol, it comes right away, but if you ask for a Coke or Sprite, be ready to wait 15–20 minutes. The shops inside the hotel are no better than outside vendors, constantly hounding you. After three days, the front desk continued to be a disaster, with no communication between staff. You end up repeating yourself over and over to get the simplest things done. The only bright spot was Ahmed from housekeeping — professional, helpful, and the kind of staff member this hotel desperately needs more of. Overall, this was a huge disappointment. Clean rooms don’t make up for terrible service, tasteless food, and staff that simply don’t care. Definitely not the 5-star experience promised.

Best hotel to stay in Sharm el sheikh!! Can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff or the amenities. The general manager was one of the kindest people we met there and he made sure all of our needs were met. He came to say good morning at every breakfast and good evening at every dinner. The head chef at the main restaurant made sure we always left happy and full! Even the manager of the restaurant greeted us every day! The pool staff were attentive and kept the area looking absolutely beautiful. The beach was amazing and very clean with the full options to snorkel, scuba diving, and use banana boat and lots of other fun things. A hidden treasure and we will definitely be back!!

The promoted the adults only property and a great pool. After arriving, they put me in a kids hotel next door and told me it was an upgrade. I asked, wheres the pool you advertise in the picture? Why are there kids here? They said the resort was closed and i had to stay in the "upgraded" kid friendly hotel. It was a disaster, i checked out immediately and still waiting for a FULL refund. Dishonest.

La pulizia e la cura degli ambienti. Ho fatto notare che mancano i servizi igienici in spiaggia e vista la distanza della struttura dalla stessa è il caso di provvedere in merito. All'accoglienza mancavano una serie di informazioni riguardanti la fruibilità dei servizi e dei luoghi. Non parlano l'italiano e quindi serve un minimo di conoscenza dell'inglese.
