Great location, Southern touch
This venue is very convenient to lots of good restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the patio and the hot tub. The rooms were fairly standard. The continental breakfast was fine (not special) but good to get the day started. I enjoyed the "down home" feel.

Beautiful spot
Beautiful hotel. The rooms were positively exquisite. The design really makes you feel like southern aristocracy. The bathroom was very nice. The only issue might be the stiffness of the bed, the TV volume and size, and the sound of the AC unit. Other than that, wonderful hotel. Would definitely come back.

Great venue for exploring Charleston
This inn was wonderful! Located in the historic area, we had access to great restaurants and tour options. Its southern charm made it comfortable, at a reasonable price! The evening wine and cheese reception was a really nice touch. And the breakfast was great.

Amazing! We have been here more than once. We love the wine and cheese hour. And this location is unbeatable. It’s within walking distance of many shops and neat places to visit, like the Market.

Historic updated inn at a good price.
Small inn close to many tourist spots for a reasonable price. We were happily provided happy hour wine and cheese, late night cookies and breakfast each day of our stay. The inn has updated bathrooms, the beds and pillows are comfy and everything was clean and tidy. The staff is helpful.

Nice place, clean and great location. They had breakfast, wine & cheese happy hour and cookies in the evening. The only negative was that the parking is 1-1/2 blocks away. They offer valet though if you don’t want to self park.

The hot tub was not really a hot tub, I think they say it's heated to maybe 95 degrees, but the water felt COLD! That was disappointing as it was a key reason we chose this accommodation versus another. That said, the staff were very friendly, we were very happy with the breakfast options, and the location was absolutely perfect for us - so walkable to everything we wanted to do!

The location was awesome. Just across from the city market and walkable to many historical sites. We especially enjoyed the wine and cheese social time each day. So nice to meet with other travelers and share ideas on sites and restaurants. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff were friendly.
