Nice room, wonderful bathroom and a great bar downstairs. The bird motif throughout the hotel was whimsical, and the living room comfortable. The coffee could have been hotter. All in all, a great stay!

Super cool hotel with friendly staff. They served hot cocoa on check in, and have a cocktail hour from 5 - 6 pm complimentary. There is also coffee service in the morning complementary. We loved it.

The hotel is gorgeous and in close proximity to everything we planned on seeing. The bed was a bit uncomfortable - too firm for our liking. We attempted to have dinner at The Commoner and took seats at the bar. After waiting for several minutes and being ignored by the bartender, we left to look for dinner elsewhere. Overall, though, we had a great time in Pittsburgh.
