We were quite surprised after reading the reviews after our stay at the hotel. This is not a luxury hotel. This is a charter hotel, with buffet-style breakfast and dinner, and a so-called “beach club” where guests start lining up 45 minutes before opening just to secure a sunbed.
That said, for a charter hotel, it’s what you’d expect: there’s a pool, a gym, a beach restaurant, access to a (very crowded) beach, and generally okay food. But if you’re expecting a luxury resort experience, this place will likely disappoint.
The service is not what you’d expect from a luxury resort. The restaurant staff seem poorly trained — they often don’t clear tables properly and always left used plates or napkins behind. The shower in our room was not cleaned thoroughly, with black residue visible in all corners. New beach towels are only available every other day, which feels insufficient for a beachside hotel.
In summary, it may be suitable for those seeking a standard charter experience — but if you’re looking for a genuine luxury stay, this isn’t the place.
