I booked this hotel through Hotels.com. I arrived at 7:00 PM on 6/6/25 and the place was closed for business! I did not get to check in and was left stranded. I was lucky to find another hotel down the road, but after travelling all day, this was a terrible experience. You should vet your hotels better. Please make sure I don't get charged for this. The attached photo shows the itenerary number.

Because there aren't much for food or options. Our options were frozen waffles, 2 different flavors of a pastry, and mini muffins.
