Hotel in beautiful Petropolis

We made a good choice to stay here. The hotel is centrally located in the historic part of town near all the shops and restaurants. It was very easy to walk around the town and see all the interesting museums and palaces. We had a long international flight which meant we arrived at the hotel very early after little sleep overnight and luckily we were able to check in to our room straight away which was much appreciated. The breakfast was good with lovely fresh fruit, roll and cake available. We enjoyed our stay here very much

Foi muito bom surpreendeu. Café da manhã bom. Instalacoes reformadas. Ótima localização. Único ponto ruim foi que o quarto tinha uma está com janela para lado interno onde tinha um aparelho de ar cond ou geladeira que fazia um barulho intermitente. Percebemos pela madrugada o barulho insuportável. O quarto era muito perdi do refeitório.

Se você quer ser tratado com gentileza, ter um diferencial ou tiver qualquer necessidade particular, esqueça! Não vão te atender. Nem sequer tentam, a resposta é sempre não, e agem como se estivessem te fazendo um favor. A TV tem sinal péssimo. As toalhas eram ótimas na primeira noite, péssimas na segunda. Não voltaria, não recomendo.
