I appreciate the friendliness of the staff, I like that it isn't too loud except for a couple occasions like christmas dinner. I find it is a good value to be right beside the ocean and having all meals covered plus snacks and several drink options. Yes it is a bit of a drive away from Merida but that puts it close to wild flamingos.

The resort has an awesome beachfront with nice shaded seating areas at the beach to enjoy the view and take a swim in the gulf. The staff is great and will do anything to make your stay enjoyable. There are two large pools with plenty of space and seating to relax. The food and drinks were good as well. Highly recommend.

The beach is practically inaccesible, stairs go down right to the water, no beach to walk/stay, the room had the bathroom door loose on the top so you needed to push it up in order to close it, for my 7 year old daughter this was impossible because of the door weight, so she needed help everytime she needed to use the restroom, buildings are old and need maintenance, but all in all it was a good place, at nights, it is so calm that you can enjoy the sea sound and moonlight like no other place in crowded hotel áreas. Food was ok, but service was slow, and not a lot of options to choose from.

The staff were great. The grounds are really impressive. Loved hearing the waves crash against the retaining wall. Some of the food was very good, some was just so so. They need better steam tables to keep the food warm. Also, this isn't their fault, but the road that leads to Reef Yucatan and other nearby resorts is ridiculous. It's like an obstacle course of potholes.

Nice place. Secluded. Unpaved road entrance makes it quite a bumpy ride to enter. Saturday was understaffed. Too many events and not enough staff for good care. But, yet, still nice.

This is not a 5-star hotel. The staff is nice and they try hard to provide a good experience but the property is run down and in need of desperate repairs. the location is not convenient, unless you have your own vehicle but the roads are in bad shape.

La habitacion que se reservo era TODO INCLUIDO, nos dijeron que podiamos entrar a las 12 .Pero la habitación era hasta las 3 pm (estuvimos de acuerod). El TODO INCLUIDO NO TIENE LA COMIDA AUNQUE LLEGUES A LAS 3 pm, puro snack (cena hasta 7.30 pm).. Para ellos todo incluido significa cena , desayuno. Snack de bajisima calidad, la unica proteina son unas minis hamburguesas que son de soya. FATAL. Y SI QUERIAS COMER TENIAS QUE PAGAR $450 POR PERSONA.

Normalmente no doy malos comentarios pero en este caso si hagan su visita de acuerdo a lo que se dice , mala atención , mala comida , cuartos más o menos , llegando ala hora casi te sacan de la propiedad , antes el chek in ni un vaso de agua te ofrecen porque es hasta la 3 en fin !! Si hagan caso a la recomendaciones .
