Staff were so amazingly helpful from before we even arrived and just a joy during our whole stay. The hotel is full of character, history and stunning design elements. The rooftop pool and eating area are breathtaking. Fantastic location (be prepared to walk as it’s a hilly city). Breakfast was delicious. Rooms are small but you have everything you need. Highly reccomend.

My one recommendation would be to ask for a hotel room overlooking the water or book a terrace room we hed a Room overlooking the patio which is actually the front of the hotel and was a little noisy

Memmo Alfama is a great place to stay. The views of Lisbon and the river are beautiful from the terrace, our room was very clean, and the location is excellent. Check-in desk staff was so friendly and always helpful. It was quiet at night since the hotel is situated off of the main street. Highly recommend!

A beautifully designed boutique hotel on a hillside in Al Famma area. Amazing rooftop view of local neighbourhood as well as the Tagus River. Breakfast menu selection was royal! Service throughout the hotel was friendly and efficient. Staff anticipated our every need. Hotel location is central in the old neighbourhood within walking distance of the old town attractions.

The people were so friendly and very helpful. My daughter has food allergies, and the concierge took care of making amazing dinner reservations for us, David took wonderful care of us at breakfast every morning and the daily warm welcome every time we returned to the hotel made our trip all the more wonderful. Very clean, comfortable beds and three pillows of various size for personal preference. We had terrace rooms which were lovely. Lovely small hotel nestled into Alfama neighborhood. Great roof top deck although pool is currently under construction, and our view from room was as a result so so. Also felt like needed to have curtain drawn as room looked out on deck and many people are walking around the deck. Great breakfast. Lovely staff. Liked the vibe of the hotel. Would love to return!

Very friendly and helpful staff, great location too. The room cleaner they use is very strong scented so if you have allergies you might consider that. I was finding myself reacting and I’m not allergic. They were helpful in arranging transport to the cruise terminal the next day too. Thank you!!
