Good hotel, good pools, the shuttle service to the universal resorts was excellent. Running every 15 minutes until the morning. Pool doesn't open till 9.... Beds were a little firm, but for proximity to Universal was a really good stay

The family and I went to Volcano Bay. It was in a perfect location—I just walked through the back gate, and we were there. It was an excellent hotel with excellent staff.

Love Cabana Bay!!

From check in to departure, all the staff was amazing and very accommodating!! Love this property. The room had a spectacular view of Volcano Bay!!

Decent for the price.

Decent hotel for the price. The staff aren’t rude but they arent particularly helpful. Only had 5 pillows for 6 of us in our room. Took two attempts and a visit to reception to eventually get another one. Ring close to volcano bay was excellent.

Great Hotel

Great place for family vacation. There was a shuttle to Universal Studios and City Walk. Got to spend the day in their lazy river which was a good size. Will definitely go again.

Great Place, Lots of fun!!

All the amenities were great! The rooms were comfy, only issue we had was they were supposed to clean the room ever other day, but didn’t even when I had requested it after the 2nd day of not cleaning. They only set clean towels in the room. They were great with keeping the towels coming. Kids enjoyed swimming at night after spending the days in the Universal parks. Easy access to parks with the shuttle bus and back. Overall, I recommend this resort.
