Beds were super comfy! No elevators, but they have an easy wheelchair ramp up to each floor so it is super easy to navigate. Rooms were very clean and up-to-date. Great stay!

Clean and friendly

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a jacuzzi suite which was a wonderful surprise. The room & hallways were very clean. Pool & hot tub were larger than most hotels & maintained well. Breakfast was ok, waffles, bagels, cereal, scrambled eggs & sausage but wish some fruit or yogurt would have been offered.

Okay for Overnight Stay

The hotel overall was clean. The walls could have been cleaned better. The beds were clean but form. I loved the pillows. The master bedroom of the family suite doesn’t have a tv which was odd. The pool wasn’t working when we were there, my kids were disappointed about that. The hot tub was nice. Breakfast was a fail. Eggs were grey, sausage looked inedible. There was no milk for cereal. Toast, bagel, muffin, coffee and juice are your choices. I’d stay again for an overnight but I wouldn’t book a trip.

First room the outlet that had the TV, mini fridge, and lamp plugged in did not work. Swapped to another room. Bathroom the most claustrophobic one I've ever seen. Tiles in the shower with missing grout, what looked like mold growing behind a lip of the tub, shower handle barely attached, bath fan inoperable. Heat vent both in the bathroom and in the main room rusty and bent. Wall that the headboards were on visibly covered in dust. Shower curtain with multiple holes in it. Incredibly thin insulation between rooms- could clearly hear conversations between people next to us, fully able to make out words and phrases. Also certain they could hear us. Road noise was also atrocious and even with the fan of the hearing unit on all night was a distraction. Asked for late check-out at check-in, clerk said sure and told me she put it in for a 1pm check out, 11:10 housekeeping was knocking on the door to turn the room.
