We had a very enjoyable stay at Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20. The hotel is in an excellent location, with easy access to Bangkok's public transportation network, including both the BTS Skytrain and MRT, making it convenient to explore the city. There are also several shopping malls nearby. We especially enjoyed visiting Terminal 21, which offers a fantastic food court where you can enjoy a wide variety of delicious Thai and international dishes at very reasonable prices. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They were always willing to assist us and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a great place to relax after a busy day in the city. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of options. The omelet station was excellent, serving freshly made omelets, and we especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and delicious Vietnamese coffee. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money thanks to its central location, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding service. We would highly recommend Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 to anyone looking for a quality and affordable stay in Bangkok, and we would happily stay here again in the future.
