I was suspicious after reading the reviews but I booked the double room with balcony and have zero complaints. I had a very late check in of 10.30pm and one of the guys came over and checked me in without issues (I used the number on the door to call to advise I had arrived) and within 10mins they were in and checking me in. Perfect spacious room with cute little balcony. Its a no fuss accomodation. Has everything you need for 1 or 2 people. I was a solo traveller overnight. Room is spacious, comfortable bed, pillows, bathroom, has aircon and TV and toiletries. I would definitely stay here again and it's very well priced. Those complaining are skimping out and staying in places where its "you get what you pay for".
