"Really enjoyed the room, very comfortable and peaceful - slept like a baby! Don't use the phone to make international calls, had a bit of an emergency and it cost 6GBP for a 1m 47s phone call.... Would stay again."

"Pool is good"

"A little difficult to find in the airport, but other than that. The service was great, clean rooms and bedding. Would definitely recommend."

"Very disappointing. Elevator would not recognize room key multiple times. Staff were not efficient. Hair dryer was sticky and in bad condition. Poorly maintained hotel. Would not stay in this chain again based on my experience. There is a decent gym though and rooms were quiet."

"Awesome with the great served by the hotel workers😍"

"All good"

"beautiful property and room. staff were excellent. did not have much time as it was a layover stay. will definately plan a longer stay in the future."

"Beautiful pool next to beach, staff are amazing. Not much around hotel so I’d advise you use hotel amenities. Happy hour 5-8, otherwise drinks expensive. Not a budget hotel."

"The hotel was great in my first visit over a year ago But now the amenities and tools and staff operation is the worst in comparison with raffles hotel in the same building! Maintinance is too bad, in room dining takes long time to reach"
