Nice staff, lackluster rooms.

Friendly staff. Rooms are outdated and our balcony doors did not lock. There is a military training site next door which plays the trumpet too frequently and early in the morning. Service at the restaurant was slow and food was OK. Dining is very affordable.

Excellent hotel, reasonably priced.

I was exhausted on arrival, having spent 7 days in Jordan visiting Syrian refugee camps etc. The Triumph Hotel was a very pleasant surprise. Because of the inexpensive price, I was expecting very basic bed and breakfast. No - this was an international standard hotel with cheerful, efficient staff at every level. My stay was bliss.

Postives - The hotel room was a good size - The staff were really friendly and helpful - Cleanliness to a good standard - Hotel is located near to the airport (15 mins drive) which is helpful - Internet / Wifi was included and reasonably fast - Complimentary drinking water, appreciated. Negatives - Not a lot really, in terms of western standards this is probably a high 3 star hotel with reasonable levels of cleanliness. - It's fairly basic but comfortable.

The hotel is sharing the boundary wall with an army college it’s in front of a mosque. At 4:30 starts the early call from the college with trumpets and after the mosque…the rooms have thing glasses! In addition it was almost impossible to book a night transfer to the airport Price is good

It has been a below expectation the room was smoking room the man at the reception did not bother asking wether I need smoking or none smoking room the toilet is soiled with water due to a leak which I have reported but they did not do any thing about it I asked for Iron they brought very dirty one which damaged my shirt the hotel accommodate marriage parties and this very noisy and does not take any respect to the residents the over all experience is below. The stay was not comfortable, the hotel cannot be entiteled to four stars and customer rating 4 out of 5 is also over rated. The staff is friendly, rooms big, sunny, but extremely old and out of date. The hotel is not clean!!! I asked for the adopter for the phone three times during one evening, but did not receive it. the next day when i checked with the reception, they just told me they do not keep any in the hotel.

Excellent.

Everyone is very kind. The rooms are immaculate. Breakfast is not that great but there's a cafe in the hotel, so you can order stuff from there like freshly squeezed orange juice, capuccino, etc. WiFi doesn't work all the time. I missed an invitation bec the wifi was not working the day I was there. You can not make long distance phone calls from your bedroom but you can do it from the reception. Everyone tries to help you. If you need a taxi, they get one for you. Also, it's in Henilopolus, in the way to the airport, so has easy access. I was at the Hilton but I moved to this hotel bec the cleannes at the was horrible. After being here, I travel for two months and came back to this hotel, because of their cleanness and professionalism.
