Great location very convenient and helpful staff who were at reception 24/7. This was useful as a flight delay meant we were very late into the city. Despite there being an air con unit in the room it seemed to only function as a fan, and with the heat over 30 air con would have been useful. The facilities were dated but there.

A decent pizza place near by and a lidl. Close to Venezia Mestre, so its convenient. And the staff seemed decent. Thats pretty much the only positives. The room was dirty, falling apart and delapadated. The sheets appeared clean. But everything was awful. A really depressing room. Shower head was all over the place, and coulsnt get a steady stream. Not to mention also dirty. The water that comes out of the tap didnt get cold and tasted weird. Happy to be out of the place. Thankfully it was only for one night.

The hotel basically looks like its falling apart before even entering the building. The room is in very poor condition. Water damage on the walls and mold in some places. The room looks horrible. We were shocked. The beds were very hard. When turning on the hot water, there's very little water coming out. Aircondition was okay though. If all you care about is roof over your head and a bed to sleep in then go for it.

Its clean and the staff are friendly. The only i dont like they dont have lift so my elderly need to take stairs and we need to carry our 2 luggage go up to the room. The room is fine for the amount you paid for. But the room smell of cigarettes so we need to spray perfume. Even after we came out from outside the room smell cigarette. The toilet ceiling is broken anytime can drop. The place is quite and easy access to bus and train going to venice. Overall don't expect to much to the price you paid for.

We liked… that we’re able to leave our luggage before our check in, they allowed us to used their bathroom and change clothes. The staff was helpful. Bus 6 to Venezia was only 3-4 min walk same as the T2 to and from Mestre area. If you didn’t buy your $35 for transportation you can buy it at the same price at the liquor store around the corner. The room had a new AC unit, provided 4 towels and small pouches of shampoo and soap bar. The bed was comfortable and big. We did not liked… the walk via google maps in a underground path with people doing drugs. (Behind a locked fence) we learned that you can take a shortcut from the train stations. The place is old, the rooms had mold on ceiling and tile and they smell to humidity. Read closely an iron it’s not available. Conclusion: we only used it to shower and sleep. We’ll not stay here again due to the mold and humidity in the room.

Esperienza pessima, tanto che abbiamo deciso di andare via prima del previsto. A gennaio, trovare un bagno senza riscaldamento è inaccettabile, soprattutto con temperature rigide. L'acqua calda era praticamente inesistente, il che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più sgradevole. Il pavimento e il soffitto erano in pessime condizioni, con crepe e segni evidenti di scarsa manutenzione. L'unica nota positiva è stata l'accoglienza: il personale è stato cortese e disponibile, ma purtroppo questo non è bastato a compensare le gravi mancanze della struttura. Non torneremo e non consiglieremmo questa esperienza

Un hotel miteux. Le genre d'hotel qu'on réserve parceque les autres sont pleins. Le receptionniste ne voulait pas nous prendre pour je ne sais quelle raison alors que nous avions la réservation. Etre obligé de discuter pendant 30 minutes pour avoir la chambre. Chambre sale, le menage n'avait pas été fait depuis un moment. Pas de chauffage, ni de couverture, nuit glaciale. Reveil tôt car nous entendions tous les autres voyageurs. 85 euros pour cela, ça fait mal.

The conditions of the room and bathroom unfortunately are questionable, tiny shower with a curtain, hard rock pillows, only 1 working socket. However, it is bareble for a short stay so if you're on a budget, go for it...

Au debut quand on voit l'état de la chambre et le lit qui grince, on s'attend à un séjour compliqué mais finalement tout s'est bien passé, les nuits ont été correctes, le personnel est accueillant et serviable, le gérant du restaurant sympa aussi, et c'est très pratique pour visiter Venise à petit prix !
