Staff was amazing helped me print a visa for my next destination and are willing to give out local tips and food recommendations. "This is a beautiful, well appointed, clean, comfortable hotel. I highly recommend you stay here whilst you visit Kathmandu. The staff are very helpful, efficient and thorough. The breakfast options are delicious and fresh. The interior design of the rooms are unique and beautiful. The courtyard is a nice spot for an afternoon beer and some snacks. The hotel is off the main streets of Thamel so you can escape the hustle and bustle but it is very close to everything you need. 10/10."

However, there was a large touring group in the hotel and our left luggage was mixed up with theirs and it was a mess. The baggage tag did not have the number of baggages and we had to drive back to collect one. Thank goodness that we remembered in time and didn’t drive far."
