My wife and I stayed at this hotel for the first time. This was the easiest check in that I have ever had. The staff was friendly and the room was bright and clean. Location of the hotel is great as well. I cannot imagine staying in another hotel when ever we visit Copenhagen.

Really nice hotel! Friendly staff and good breakfast! The hotel is well located with walking distance to several tourist attractions. The cleaning needs to be a bit enhanced. For example, there were clothes left in the wardrobe from the previous guests. Expensive parking.

It was a gorgeous hotel. Newly remodeled. It was the first week of opening so there were some things being finished and some of the construction noise was a bit irritating, but other than that, it was divine. The beds were super comfortable, rooms were beautifully decorated and had excellent amenities/toiletries in room. Great options in the mini bar as well. The staff was wonderful. Great location too! We were central to everything. Only downfall of location is the music venue across the street can get noisy on the street facing rooms.

Henriks is a beautiful newly renovated hotel, with a fabulous buffet breakfast. Staff is very nice and efficient. This site is actually 4 hotels that share the lobby, bar and breakfast area. Somehow our reservation got lost in there system and we did not get the superior room I wanted. They put us in a nice small room the 1st nite that was in Henrik hotel. Then moved us to another hotel that had not been remodeled, yet was much larger and had a nice deck with a view. It also had a bathtub between the bedroom and the living room area. Quite odd that it was not in the bathroom. My niece and I did use it to soak our sore feet after a long day of walking! They did comp us a bit for the inconvenience. Oh how I wish we were put in the room I had requested many months ago.

When we booked the hotel was highly rated at 9.7. It was clean, newly decorated to a high standard, our junior suite was spacious enough for a city centre hotel. The staff were polite and helpful. Unfortunately the bar opposite played excessively loud outdoor music until 9pm when it moved indoors and although slightly less loud it continued to the early hours Rooms to the rear were very/too small and overlooked the courtyard with aircon/boiler drone.

Hotellet var väldigt fint och personalen uppklädd men tyvärr var det bara ytan. Under sängen var det stora berg med dammråttor. Städning av rum tog våra två handdukar och lämnade bara en. Det var sand eller grus på golvet. Frukost var okej men litet utbud. Det var väldigt stökigt ljud i lokalen som verkligen behöver något för att ta bort allt slammer och höga röster. Varning för parkeringen. Fick inga prisuppgifter innan och det var gott om plats. Anledningen är att det var extremt dyrt, 500 DKK per natt. Det finns ett parkeringsgarage i närheten, använd det.
