Perfectly decorated and pristine hotel. We had a standard room which looked out into the back courtyard which was quiet. The room was dark and the bed very comfortable which lead to a great sleep. Staff were very helpful and even let us into our room early since it was ready. Breakfast was pretty standard but pleasant enough and plenty of space. Nice touch the hotel had umbrellas you could borrow which were much needed the week we were there

This hotel is an absolute gem! Newly and thoughtfully renovated, it is clean and so charming. The bar area is so cozy and there is a well appointed gym. The location is convenient to everything you want to see in Copenhagen. My only regret is that we did not stay longer!

Lovely hotel - newly renovated, great location near Tivoli Gardens and Indre By shopping district. The only issue is the live music venue directly opposite which is loud throughout the afternoon and evening.

Very nice hotel conveniently located. Room was not huge but was well laid out. The hotel feels like it has been recently remodeled so everything was clean and fresh.

The hotel is beautiful and a nice central location. My only concern was that there are 4 steps once you are inside to get to reception, rooms etc. Carrying a large suitcase with no help was difficult. If we were much older, we wouldn’t be able to do it.

This hotel is absolutely fabulous in every way. The location is amazing, a short walk from the Central Station and close to the Tivoli gardens. The decor feels really luxurious, and is so tasteful. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in with gorgeous quality bedding. The gym was well equipped. Breakfast was without fault. I honestly cannot find a single thing that could be improved with this hotel.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for the first time. This was the easiest check in that I have ever had. The staff was friendly and the room was bright and clean. Location of the hotel is great as well. I cannot imagine staying in another hotel when ever we visit Copenhagen.

Lovely room, recently decorated and great sized bed. Very friendly staff were extremely helpful. Close to shopping area and within short walk of most attractions. We only had breakfast on the last morning. It was really nice but a tad expensive. We would stay here again.

Hotel recently beautifully renovated with outstanding quality. Room was small and lacked a sitting area but otherwise well appointed with first rate amenities. Staff were helpful and efficient. A most enjoyable stay.

Really nice hotel! Friendly staff and good breakfast! The hotel is well located with walking distance to several tourist attractions. The cleaning needs to be a bit enhanced. For example, there were clothes left in the wardrobe from the previous guests. Expensive parking.

We booked the deluxe junior suite. Before travelling we'd seen some negative comments about 3 things: the size of the rooms, lack of daily cleaning and the noise from the event space across the road from the hotel but we didn't have any issues with any of these things. In fact they tell you to hang the please make up the room tag prior to 9ma and even when we didn't the room was still cleaned there were music concerts on 2 of the nights we were there but both had ended before we even got back to the hotel around 11pm. Everything is all new and very tastefully decorated. Centrally located and within walking distance to the nearest metro. I would definitely stay here again
