Great location and great staff! Three different pools which is nice because there are a lot of kids so it's nice to have an adult only pool. Incredible location near everything you'd want. Can't say enough about the staff, everyone was incredible! If I come back this is the place I'll stay again and again.

To be a 4-5 dtar Resort i found the checkin unbeliveably slow and hot as the lobby was not air conditioned. 30 minutes at counter. When asking questions none of employees couuld answer without asking someone else. No english. No ac except in rooms. The staff at the lobby driveway questioned everything we requedted. Bad smells in restarants

The property is well maintained. Lots of pools and landscape is beautiful. Rooms are big and very clean and nice with all amenities. Very accommodating staff. The best & most luxurious spa experience I have ever had. Can't complain about the beachside bar's Happy hour... 2 for 1 drinks can't be beat. And a very well stocked free breakfast buffet with any breakfast item you can ever think of.

When we first arrived because we didn’t see much of the property because it was nighttime. But what we did see was a welcoming staff, beautiful lobby and an even beautiful room. The next day, we saw the rest of the Henann resort and we tell you what, it was beautiful!!! The beach, the pool, the bars etc. was outstanding. This trip was worthy. Will definitely come back again. Good location, amazing pools. One of the 3 pools is only for adults and it has a swim up bar. Great buffet breakfast with plenty of choices. The pool bars have happy hour between 3pm and 7pm and the sea cafe has a good buffet for dinner with option to pay 250 peso extra for unlimited soft drinks ,beer,red and white wine.
