Absolutely fantastic stay at the Wyndham Foz do Iguaçu! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and professional service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect—always friendly, attentive, and quick to help with anything I needed. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, with a super comfortable bed and a great view. The location is ideal—just minutes from the main attractions, including the Iguaçu Falls, and very close to restaurants, shops, and the border crossings. The breakfast buffet was a highlight each morning, with a generous selection of fresh fruits, local specialties, and international favorites. The pool area was clean and inviting, and the gym was surprisingly well-equipped for a hotel. 1.I reported to the hotel receptionist (2 times) there was problem with the hot water in the bathroom. Unfortunately nothing has been done, so I reported this issue for the 3rd time. The maintenance person came and said that his colleague will connect another gas bottle to improve the heating of the water. So , my wife had a shower, but I had cold one again. Next morning again no Hot Water. This issues with hot water were reported previously by other guest (please check your records), but hotel management done nothing. 2. No wifi in the bedroom. 3. Swimming pool out of order, hotel not inform us about this. 4. During checkouts, hotel try charge us for not consumed items by us. This was small amount, but this is still not acceptable. 5. Hotel not supply any complementary water, I think this should be minimum standard. I can only report, that we like the morning breakfasts. I do not recommend this hotel. Andrew from Australia

Visita a linda cidade de Foz de Iguaçu

Há um restaurante principal, mas para o jantar utilizam o bar, que fica junto a recepção do hotel. Além de poucas opções no menu (serviço tipo a la carte), preços salgados, porções pequenas, preço de uma lata 350ml de cerveja Heineken: R$ 25,00, de uma lata 350ml de Brahma: R$ 22,00. É mole!!!!. O café da manhã tem várias opções de carboidratos e poucas opções de frutas e frios. A qualidade dos itens servidos precisa ser melhorada muito. O ar condicionado do quarto estava literalmente quebrado e não funcionava. É mole!!! No suporte ao lado da cama, foi derramado, provavelmente por algum hóspede anterior, acredito que refrigerante e estava um crude só. Bancada da pia do banheiro também não estava adequadamente limpa. Ou seja: serviço de limpeza de quarto precisa ser melhorado muito. Outra questão muito importante é a qualidade do sinal do Wi-FI. Muito péssimo, não funcionou durante toda a estadia. Se você depende de internet, não fique neste hotel. A localização é boa, para quem quer ficar no centro de Foz. Se pegar um quarto dos fundos, tem uma excelente vista. Considerando o nome do hotel Wyndham, precisa de melhorias. Pessoalmente, não ficaria no hotel novamente; tem outras opções de hóteis de melhor qualidade, dentro da mesma faixa de preço.
