Très déçu par l'établissement. Il a fallu payer un surplus en arrivant car la réservation de mon fils n'a pas été prise en compte correctement. En arrivant pas de serviettes de toilettes dans la chambre il a fallu les réclamer 4 fois, la piscine est en réparation par contre j'ai payé le même prix que si la piscine fonctionnait. Certains personnels, pas tous, sont très désagréables. Et pour finir au deuxième soir en rentrant la chasse d'eau ne fonctionnait toujours pas malgré que nous l'ayons signalé dans l'après midi en partant, il a fallu changer de chambre. Le linge blanc est d'une couleur très douteuse. La semaine précédent notre arrivée j'ai envoyé au moins 10 messages resté sans réponses Bref cher payé pour ce que s'est !!

Razoável, por que havia uma goteira que caia exatamente na carcaça do ar condicionado de janela que ficava no lado de fora; e a goteira era oriunda do ar condicionado do andar acima ( tubo drenate). Assim, sendo perturbador para um bom sono. Só sanei depois que dormi de janela aberta e a goteira caiu na janela. E por isso ouvi o barulho do trânsito que não afetava mais que a goteira.

Chegamos no dia 18/04 por volta das 13 hrs, atendimento da recepção péssimo, não encontravam reserva. Apenas 1 elevador para um Hotel de 18 andares em um feriado prolongado. Ao chegar no quarto, ar-condicionado não funcionava, 03 hóspedes e apenas toalha para 02. Liga na recepção? Impossível. Atendem e desligam. Ao descer para pedir para que fossem olhar o ar, ainda são grossos. Toalhas só conseguimos pq pegamos na recepção, pq pessoal da rouparia até agora nada. Limpeza??? Banheiros encardidos, mofados, lençóis sujos, eh tão boa limpeza que encontramos presilhas de outros hóspedes pelo quarto, aliás quarto esse é nem com a luz acesa para camareiras “limpar” eram limpos, apenas esticavam lençóis e tiravam lixo do banheiro. Ah e fora os “hospedes” extras do quarto, cheio de baratinhas, ou seja deve ter algum ninho por perto, um nojo! Qdo reservamos, se diziam ter piscina, academia, etc., itens esses que simplesmente estavam inacessíveis e nem se quer avisaram, itens esses que faz diferença na tarifa, ao menos deveriam comunicar. Elevador voltou a funcionar apenas por um dia, depois parou de novo, um caos. Até na hr de ir embora não conseguimos descer com as malas, pq apenas um elevador, estava impou. Café eh a única coisa que se salvava!

O hotel, atendimento e acomodação é incrível, mas tivemos uma dor de cabeça com o check in, cheguei no Rio às 06:00 da manhã, quando chegamos no hotel descobrimos que o check in só estaria disponível às 14:00, falei que poderia pagar pelo check in adiantado, mas falaram que não teria como, tivemos um verdadeiro chá de cadeira por 09 horas, sinceramente não tem a menor login o check in ser tão tarde assim

Já ficamos no Atlântico Business várias vezes e é a melhor opção em custo benefício. Como sempre, eles só liberam o check-in após as 14h; mas acredito que poderiam pelo menos tentar adiantar alguns, assim que os quartos fossem limpos. Dessa vez, tivemos um outro inconveniente; é que só quando chegamos lá que descobrimos que o 19° andar (Sauna, Piscina e Academia) estava interditado para obras; acredito que essa informação deveria constar nos sites de reservas. Apesar da falta de informação sobre a piscina e sauna, provavelmente iremos nos hospedar no Atlântico Business em breve, sem problemas!
