"Cannot speak more highly of our experience staying here on our honeymoon. The hotel feels modern, clean and well maintained even though it has a traditional Balinese feel to it. The staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for you, we appreciated the group WhatsApp chat where the staff were on hand to help with anything you needed, including bringing drinks to the pool. The team helped us to book a doctors appointment, surf lessons and a trip to the uluwatu temple and made this so easy and stress free. The food and drinks in the restaurant were lovely including breakfast. The location was brilliant for us as we like to be able to wander to shops/restaurants and this was possible here but no matter how busy the street was outside the hotel felt so peaceful inside and relaxing. Close to the beach and got to watch the gorgeous sunsets every night from the pools and our balcony. Highly recommend."

"The resort is beautiful, the staff is all so warm welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious with a magnificent view, breakfast was included and fantastic, the 360 restaurant with the ocean view and tons of options healthy juices and wellness shots were amazing !"

"Do not book this hotel under any circumstances. The photos are completely misleading. Our room had a strong musty, mould-like and sewage-like smell. We were moved and upgraded, but the same issue continued. I had throat and lung irritation during the night and we checked out the next morning. This was our honeymoon, and the experience was awful. The rooms felt damp, unhealthy and badly maintained. There appeared to be black mould on the curtains, and when I opened them, residue stained my hands and I had to wash them twice. The toilets were broken in both rooms we were shown. Breakfast was terrible and basically inedible. It tasted like reheated leftovers. At the rooftop bar, we waited around 45 minutes to be served despite several staff standing around, and the prices were around three times higher than normal. After leaving, I read other reviews alleging rat problems at the property, including one claim that a rat crawled on a guest while they slept. Based on what we experienced, sadly, that does not surprise me. The staff were polite, but the property itself is in shocking condition. Avoid, especially if you have asthma, allergies, chest sensitivity, or any concern about mould, hygiene or air quality."

"Great service with friendly and polite staff. They took note of my birthday and celebrated for me during breakfast time. Overall, stay was pleasant and great. Only downside was mosquitoes in the room for two nights and we had difficulties sleeping"

"The staff are fantastic, the location is great, close to the beach, lots of good restaurants close by."

"One of the best hotels that I’ve ever stayed in anywhere in the world. I truly mean this. The property was kept so beautifully. Everyone was so kind and helpful and accommodating. Yet they allowed space for guests to enjoy as if it was their own private villa."

"Beautiful location with amazing views of the ocean. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were beautiful, and so helpful. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, was usually cold every morning, and because I am such a fussy eater did not like the breakfast buffet very much, which had a lot of Indonesian food, which I do not like, but I am very fussy with food. They still served eggs anyway you wanted them cooked, had fruit and cereals so still had a good size breakfast every morning (just mentioning this for those people who are fussy like me). The only issue we had with the accommodation, was the shower being in the bath, the bath was very high and there were no handrails to hold on to get in and out of the bath. Consequently, my husband slipped getting out of the bath and fractured 3 ribs. This is fine for younger people but we are in our 60s and not as limber as we used to be. We reported this to the staff and the same afternoon, they had installed to handrails in the shower, which we were very grateful for. We also had access to a doctor at the hotel. Overall a lovely place to stay."

"Very excellent service. Everything is beyond expectations"

"Fantastic location right on the beach in the cliff. Worth the effort. There are 300 steps from the carpark to the hotel - you will soon get fit!"
