I want to start by saying that the staff at this hotel is remarkable. Truly helpful and kind people. The rooms are clean and the hotel is new and well kept.
However, if you're looking for a good night's sleep, this might not be the place for you. From the fact that the blackout curtains don't come anywhere near the floor (so there's a solid bright light along the bottom), to the full length mirror that glows in the dark to the bathroom light (blasts on automatically, thus waking you fully if you have to get up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night), there are multiple unkillable lights sources. These things might not be a big deal to a lot of people, but if you expect darkness, you will not find it here.
I also had a problem with the AC. I tried to set it to 67 and just keep it there through the night. I was woken up no fewer than four times by this AC resetting itself to 68° after I believe an hour or two.
Honestly, even all of this would've been tolerable and not review worthy, because of how wonderful the front desk people were (and because the clean room had a refrigerator and a microwave). But I compared prices before choosing my hotel, so to find that despite Hotels.com promising "all fees included," I was charged "incidentals" and a parking fee upon arrival, one star had to be subtracted.
