"Excellent customer service. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was beautiful and very clean . We enjoy being in the pool and staff that were in charge of the games and activities in the pool were great. The breakfast and the food in general was delicious. My wife and I enjoyed eating seafood at the mariscos restaurant close to the beach. We had a wonderful time at Fiesta Americana and we would like to come back soon , this vacation was unforgettable, thanks to the all the staff at the Fiesta Americana Hotel 😃👍"

"Positives: The setting was very picturesque and romantic. Room and view was amazing, private beach was perfect, strolling between all the pools was very relaxing, cafe was great for coffee, interior design modern and hotel recently renovated. The staff was soooo nice! Negatives: The food was just ok (definitely Blaze was the best, esp for breakfast), and there was a lack of adult ‘sexy spaces’. No night club. Bars only at the pool and sports bar, and the DJ didn’t show up on Saturday night. We were in bed by 10:30, which is not usually what we want on vacation."

"If you are looking for a nice resort with beach front access i recommend the Barcelo. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. They treat you like royalty. Only down side is it’s about 20 mins from town, so you need to get a lot of taxi’s to go back and forth, but if you are looking to just stay there and relax it is amazing. They have everything you will need."
