We had a wonderful stay at the barley house hotel. The staff were warm, attentive and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The room was spotless and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay.

Our stay was simply too short. The room was cozy and accommodating, there were options at breakfast so nicely prepared, the amenities were very pleasant and staff was amazing!!! Highly recommend!!

My husband and I had a great stay. The staff were very accommodating and everything is still brand new. The location is off a quiet street a a few minutes walk to the beach, and excellents location near 17th street. Out room was on the 5th floor with a pool and city view balcony. The hotel has more of a legitimate Boutique Hotel feel, adding to the charm. Will definitely stay again.

A truly outstanding brand-new hotel with exceptional attention to detail. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfectly complemented by an excellent design throughout the property. Everything is spotlessly clean, and the rooms are not only neat but also thoughtfully arranged for comfort. The pool area is beautifully designed—stylish, serene, and a real highlight of the stay. Highly recommended!

Pros and cons of this place. Pros: new furnishings and finishes - the room is updated, good AC, quiet, big bathroom Cons: lobby needs some help, no liquor license or food I think bc the breakfast needs some more options. Overall decent stay, but still working out the kinks for a new place

This is a fairly new boutique and mentioned bar and new restaurant so we thought it would be a convenient place to stay. Much to our surprise neither one were up and running. There are still a few quirks with the elevator buttons and we had to go from the 6th floor to the first floor to ask for ice! The owners were not very friendly but the front desk gals were great! Also the charge a $100 a day hold for each day you are there and the have a resort fee of $30 a day not mentioned anywhere. The only big plus was the comfortable bed. We wouldn’t stay there again.
