"The staff was extremely helpful. We had to leave early in the morning and they prepared coffee for us. Great location within the walls. Delicious breakfast."

"Lovely hotel in a good location. The breakfast was impressive and we enjoyed drinks on the rooftop. Staff were very helpful, the room was very new, modern and clean."

"My wife and I stay in hotels around Uzbekistan around the 50 dollar price point. This honestly was the best hotel we have stayed in for that cost. The AC works well to cool the room, the beds are clean, the bathroom is large with hot water that stays a constant temperature. The staff is very kind and helpful and the views are incredible from the rooftop. There are plenty of tables and space to grab your favorite drink and watch the sunset."

"Everything"

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Khan's palace. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the excellent service, the beautiful facilities, and the welcoming atmosphere. My room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, and every detail made the experience feel relaxing and enjoyable. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. I truly felt well taken care of throughout my stay. I highly recommend Hotel X to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and exceptional hospitality. I would definitely stay here again! The electricity went out for an hour: don't know if this the norm in Uzbekistan but it did not affect my stay."

"Yes"

"Small but very well maintained and clean family hotel A heart felt Rahmat to all"

"AVOID!!! This is a run-down hostel in a converted building vaguely masked with some bling to look like a hotel. Hanging wires in the corridor with empty (?) picture frames on the walls. Doors without proper locks and you can slide your hand under the door it’s so loose. There was no cold water and they couldn’t fix it. Breakfast was absolutely meagre and cold, they didn’t even have milk. Beds hard and uncomfortable. Silverfish in the bathroom. They have a kitchen block IN THE MIDDLE of the hotel next to bedrooms and the bangs and clanging of metal plates goes well past 2am with the staff running around and shouting at each other. The hotel is misrepresented online, they just take large groups which cannot escape once they arrive by coach. Not safe for female travellers. AVOID."

"Great staff. Friendly, helpful, kind. Clean rooms and interior. Good breakfast."
