"Lovely hotel and lovely staff but there were too many people on the Saturday afternoon when our group of ten arrived. The comfortable lounge was unavailable to us as it was reserved for a wedding and the restaurant had no indoor seating available on a very wet, cold day. We were, however, provided with hot water bottles for our stay in the terrace gazebo. Otherwise cannot fault the hotel or the staff."
"The Airport was closer to the reception than our room was. If you don't like heights, beware you get out of the lift & you can see straight down to reception & you have to walk along a fairly narrow part with glass on both sides, again looking down until you get into the part of the building with the rooms. Food is typical for around an airport average at best & overpriced. Next time, to hell with it, I will leave home at 03.00, at least I will get a decent meal the night before."
"We stayed a night here before the early next morning flight from Stansted. The hotel is amazing and We have stayed at other Novotel hotels before around the country and I must say we were NOT disappointed. Good size family rooms. Clean hotel and staff was brilliant. Parking charges are a bit steep for the night but the car park is very secure. We didn’t get to use any of the hotel facilities, however the restaurant is amazing."
