Was travelling down from Newcastle for work. This property decided to cancel two days before I was due to stay but not through expedia, just an unknown number calling me.
I tried to ring the number several times and there was no one in. When I eventually got through I was on hold for about 40 mins. If I hadn't rang I wouldn't have received my refund. I had to book another property and ended up being out of pocket over £1k.
No help was given booking somewhere else, terrible service.
