Hotel location was fabulous - right above the ICE terminal in Frankfurt airport. Maybe a 5 minute walk from the train. Hotel room was clean and very comfortable for a 1 night stay. Staff was kind and helpful as well. I would definitely stay there again for an overnight before a flight.

The beds creaked loudly every time we moved. A/C did not keep room cool . The check in staff were helpful and good but when we checked out with our 4 pieces of luggage, we got to the airport entrance and it had been blocked off for an emergency. There’s no way the desk staff didn’t know about it but never bothered to mentioned it and how to get around to get us to our flight. I’d say most clients are using the airport so all staff should be aware of any irregularities and know how to advise/help their guests. Removing problems and making things easy is the reason to stay at the airport hotels. If you’re not doing that - you’re losing business.

I stayed for one night before an international flight, and the location was perfect—close to the train station, the airport, and plenty of shops, a pharmacy, Starbucks, and several bakeries. The bed was very comfortable, and despite being near the airport, the room was impressively quiet. The bathtub and full-length mirror were nice touches, though the room itself was a bit small. However, the front desk didn’t mention the steam and sauna facilities, and I only discovered them later—only to find they don’t open until 5 p.m., which was disappointing. The “Happy Burger Day” promotion at the 5th Lounge & Bar was also misleading; although the lounge opens at 9:00 AM, the kitchen wasn’t ready to serve food until well after 11:00. Overall, the room and location were excellent for travelers, but the service and communication need improvement.
