"Not good"

"Good location"

"The hotel gym was disappointing. The equipment consisted mainly of old dumbbells and outdated weight machines. Unfortunately the fitness was not air-conditioned, and with outdoor temperature around 98-100 degrees F, it was simply too hot to exercise comfortably. The breakfast buffet was acceptable. While the food selection was not outstanding, it was decent and met basic expectations. The highlight of the breakfast experience was the staff, who were consistently friendly, professional, and attentive. Their excellent service made a positive impression during my stay."

"Great, attentive staff that helped us booked the tennis court, iron the clothes at last minute, answered all our questions right away. Room is spacious, river view rooms have balcony so you can go outside and drink your tea while relaxing"

"Very friendly, polite and professional staffs"

"Lovely family run hotel with great breakfast on a quiet side street at a great price!"

"This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The property is new, modern, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean throughout. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every request was met with a smile and willingness to help. The room was exceptionally comfortable, with a fantastic bed, quality linen, plush towels, and premium amenities. The shower pressure was excellent, and the air conditioning provided strong, consistent airflow - something we greatly appreciated in Vietnam’s climate. Breakfast was absolutely outstanding and, without question, the best we have had in Vietnam. The selection was plentiful, fresh, and varied. A special mention must go to Ha from the breakfast team. His hospitality and customer service were truly exceptional. He has a natural ability to make guests feel welcome, valued, and genuinely cared for. He consistently went above and beyond, and his warmth and professionalism enhanced every morning of our stay. The location is excellent, with restaurants, shops, and attractions all within easy walking distance. The pool and outdoor seating area are a real oasis and the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. What truly sets this hotel apart is the people. Every member of staff was warm, friendly, attentive, and professional. Their genuine care and attention to detail created an exceptional guest experience. Highly recommend!"

"We booked connecting family room and the rooms were big. Breakfast buffet was average. Courteous staff."

"Located right on walking st. Where they block car access in the evening. Lively st. on the weekends just at your doorstep. Lots of food, cafe, drinks, pubs, pharmacy, etc. Nice price for a good size room and comfy bed. Window looks out at Seaview with a nice sunset. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Showers are large and have some newer features. Fan and air con work great and cool off quickly. Great location and easily walkable to many places."
