The Hotel is good to sleep, needs to be updated. it does not look like a hotel, looks more like Apartments. the room was clean, no toilet paper though, the receptionist was in her pajamas, not very professional.

The Jamaican housekeeper was amazing at her job - absolutely spotless and fresh linen every 2 days. We found other guests were noisy very early in the morning as all rooms accessed via open air walkways. Pool not open - so Expedia should not show it! Very disappointed as I had chosen the hotel as I swim daily. Bedside light didn't work and only on one side. No bedside table or light on other side of bed - strange. Staff quick to find extra lighting, but no table appeared.

Disappointed is an understatement

While the manager was very professional and accommodating, the rooms were not. No mini fridge, no microwave, no ice machines, no drinking water and no vending machines. Not the managers fault but, the owners.
