Really good sized triple room, easy walking distance to lots of restaurant options and safe walk back from the Ovo. Reasonably priced overnight parking just a couple of streets away. Generous breakfast, quiet neighborhood location. Good size room. However sheets and duvet were rough and itchy, bathroom toiletries nearly non-existent, shower very tight, ceiling light harsh and cold, chair cushion broken. However it was less expensive than neighboring hotels

We spent 3 nights at the Kelvingrove Hotel while visiting the area. From the moment we checked in Joe made it feel like we were visiting with family. He was so nice and helpful. Liz was another staff member that made us feel right at home. She was quick to fix any issues that arose. Both staff members were great at communicating and making sure we had a pleasant visit. Breakfast was very good. It was a great location for us to visit the University and had plenty of dining options near by. I would stay again at the Kelvingrove and recommend it to others.

The infrastructure of the facility was very loud. Plumbing did not work properly. Parking was difficult.

It was in a good location for where needed to be. The pillows are far to hard had to use a towel for one of us,no shampoo or shower gel in shower it was totally empty and the bathroom light was far to short for my wife to reach good job she was with someone tall! And room 1 was to noisy with traffic and people talking when walking past at all hours as gaps in windows.
