Convenient location near station in immigrant neighborhood. Rewe grocery store on same block. Walking distance to Altstadt. Hotel had feel of hostel with private rooms. Our room for 4 was extremely spacious though. Condition was basic and somewhat aged but clean.

Hotel room didn’t have air conditioning and had a dirty carpet. Shower had mold and the toilet was leaking water constantly. We got only one key to the room and would have liked two keys. The area is not safe, many homeless people around. I don’t recommend to women travelling alone.

Ich hatte die Unterkunft kurz nach Buchung stornieren müssen, da der Grund (Heizungsausfall) wegfiel. Der Rezeptionist meinte telefonisch das geht klar und er kümmert sich darum, aber das Gegenteil war der Fall. Denn tatsächlich wurde mir das Geld abgebucht und nicht erstattet. Auf Nachfragen (telefonisch und auch direkt vor Ort) wurde mir nur eine Mailadressse gegeben, weil man das angeblich vor Ort nicht lösen kann. Auf die Mail antwortez jedoch trotz Fristsetzung niemand. So ein Verhalten habe ich noch bei keinem Hotel erlebt und man kann jeden nur empfehlen, hier nicht zu buchen!

overall are so good. Stayed with my 2 little kids for 7 night and extending it again for 7 night. Room is clean. No water cooker is a nightmare for me as a mother with 2 kids who will drink milk everyday, but you can buy it yourself if you are staying longer like me or just go down stairs and ask for the hot water. They will give you. I did not understand why is it that people did say that the room are tend to be so loud , but hey! we are in the Central station roads of course will be louder than others and if you are choosing the front building and the lower floor, you have to understand that there will be some noice from outside your room. I stayed in the 4th floor facing the street side and everything was perfect for me and my 2 little kids regarding our sleeping ability might get disturb by the noices but it wasn't true. The hotel managements were actually so responsive and now they instaled a standing fans for sommer time visitors and I love it so much. Upgrading the beds etc. Staffs are so friendly and all you have to do is to ask if you need something. Breakfast were not perfect for us but we went outside our hotel to buy our breakfast. btw Rewe & DM are so close by. Restaurant can be found here so easily. will staying in this hotel again for my next visit in München.

Mitten in der Stadt, der Eingang zum Hotel macht keinen guten Eindruck- schmuddelig! Oben angekommen hat das Bild gewechselt. Das Zimmer war sauber, Bad auch. Frühstück war I. O. auf Wunsch wurde Rührei oder Spiegelei angeboten. In der Nähe des Hotels gutes Restaurant mit bayerischen Essen gefunden. Alles in allem, für kurze Aufenthalte eine preiswerte Lösung

Das Zimmer war sauber und ausreichend groß für mich als Einzelperson. Sehr freundliches Personal, Frühstück mit großen Auswahl, gute kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und gute Verkehrsverbindungen mit SBahn und UBahn ca.200m entfernt.Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Gerne wieder. Kann man nur weiter empfehlen.

The hotel is clean and people attending are very kind, is like a pension ran by a family. But dont expect a regular hotel, you need to enter by a hall aside a traditional and very busy vegetables store. Has a bit „hidden“ entrance that can make you doubt. Is located in a very busy street in the day but very lonely at night. Is a good place to stay if you will be all day out, but dont expect any hotel service, beyond the reception. The Location is good overall as is close to the center, but the exact street where is located is not a beautiful part Munich.
