"We had a great experience, friendly staff, great food, breakfast on the beach was over the top,we stayed in one of the suites overlooking the stage which was awesome if you didn't want to stand in the crowd in the heat but it also offers unlimited access without waiting in line to the floor area. The entire hotel was recently renovated and is beautiful. I would definitely go back and stay exactly here it's a perfect location for the music, club's, Beach, food and shopping all within walking distance. Spend a little extra and it will be worth it for this experience 👌👍💯"
"The hotel was beautiful and very well maintained. The room was clean and spacious. The Bingo show was absolutely outstanding, so professional. However, I felt it was lacking day entertainment. For juniors it was more hanging out in the playroom as opposed to having games around the pool like in other resorts. The food was excellent quality but the allergens are not distinguished from traces so even the pizza shows as peanut and nuts allergy. Nowadays nothing is free from traces. I was not informed until the end of the stay that I could request my food in advance and that they would prepare it for me separately due to my allergy even though I made staff aware of my allergies. Overall, that was quite disappointing."

"Rooms were very small and basic, not at all what was represented or expected of a luxury resort. When we spoke to staff about upgrade, they said this was “standard” for Ibiza. There were also no umbrellas or chairs for guests on the actual beach. The only reason for more than 1 star was the breakfast, which was consistently above average and had excellent service."
