Hotel em obras, barulho de martelo na cabeça da gente tanto de noite quanto de manhã. Quarto com janela para o corredor, escuro. Banheiro com cheiro de esgoto, chuveiro todo entupido esguichando jato pra todos os lados. Cama desconfortável, ar condicionado barulhento e não gela muito. Café da manhã extremamente fraco. Totalmente diferente das Fotos do site.

Os funcionários são extremamente educados e prestativos, porém o hotel não está em boas condições. A faixada deixa a desejar e deveria ser a primeira parte da reforma que eles tanto espalharam nos avisos. Sobre o quarto, como foi o econômico a questão do espaço era de se esperar, muito pequeno, mas isso esta ok, porém o vaso sanitário tinha algum vazamento que graças a Deus era da água do reservatório. Pisos quebrados, a janela do nosso quarto dava acesso ao corredor e a tranca estava quebrada, ficamos bem apreensivos quanto deixar nossos pertences lá. O café da manhã é bem variado e saboroso, os jogos são ótimos e a piscina nos surpreendeu, ótima, só precisa de manutenções porém estava limpa.

A experiência foi péssima. Quartos em na condições , recepção péssima , não gostam de ajudar ou amenizar a situação. A única que me ajudou foram duas recepcionistas que revezava com dois rapazes (mal educados ). As meninas da limpeza e do café super educados e gentil. Cama do quarto 216 péssima um buraco horrível .
