"Staff was very helpful, especially with early check-in. Since We were traveling with my elderly mom and her wheelchair, they were able to upgrade our room to an executive suite at no extra charge which was wonderful. The only ding I would give them is that there is no parking lot for a shuttle to drop you off, it's only street parking for shuttles. They had lots of different activity rooms, and since we only stayed one night, we didn't get to use all of the free amenities. Amenities. But it is a lovely hotel."
"Breakfast is pricey. They have a small spot on the 2nd floor with coffee and light fare. A sausage, egg, and cheese on English muffin is 2-3x more expensive than Starbucks. We are outside of the hotel."

"Waterfront location. The record player & vinyl available for guests. Beds are comfortable. On site bar & restaurant are solid. We had a water deck room & were disappointed that we were given a room looking at the cruise ship terminal and a cruise ship (with attendant noises & blocked view). Hotel was booked so they could not accommodate our request to be moved to another room. Be mindful if you pay for one of these rooms to request a room at 322 or higher to avoid this issue."

"The bed against the walls was a deal breaker, we left after one night of a planned four. I'm not crawling over my partner to get out of bed. The room was smaller than the closet in my first New York City apartment. No real privacy in the bath. Basically, a clean, upscale dump."
"The hotel staff was amazing! The room was comfortable and the bathroom was nicely updated and very modern. Rooftop deck was a wonderful bonus with great views! The hotel was in walking distance of many restaurants and coffee shops as well as a bus line that made for easy and cheap access to downtown and Pikes Place Market. I’d definitely recommend staying here."
